Include the app version, device and OS version, approximate time and time zone, and the visible problem. A song or transaction ID can help locate a specific issue. Redact screenshots and send only what is needed. Never send passwords, Apple authorization codes, session tokens, signing keys or full payment details.

Sign-in or account details

Use Sign in with Apple with your own account. If fresh Apple authorization is requested, sign in again. Check connectivity and share the visible error if the problem persists. You can change your display name in the app's profile; Apple may not supply your name on every sign-in.

Inspiration or song generation

“Use an inspiration” creates a new idea without using a song-generation credit. Frequency and daily limits apply. If it is temporarily unavailable, wait a little before trying again.

For a song still generating, refresh the library to check its progress. A credit remains reserved while the result is being confirmed and is returned if generation fails. Contact support with the time and song ID if you need help; you do not need to generate another song to check the first one.

Purchases, renewal and refunds

If credits are missing, confirm the Apple purchase completed and use Restore Purchases with the same Hummivo account. Cancelled or pending purchases do not add credits. Restoration does not duplicate a grant or transfer another account's purchase. Send the product and transaction ID if you need help, not a complete signed receipt or credentials.

Manage renewal in your Apple account's subscription settings. Apple's cancellation instructions. Uninstalling Hummivo or deleting its account does not cancel renewal. Already-granted credits do not expire merely because you cancel future renewal.

Use Apple's refund process to request a refund. Verified refunds adjust related credits. If refunded credits were already used, later credits first cover the shortfall; this is not an additional cash charge. The Terms explain these adjustments.

AI consent and account deletion

On iPhone or iPad, withdraw AI consent at Settings → Help & Feedback → AI Data Sharing; on Apple Watch, use Me → AI Data Sharing. Withdrawal preserves local drafts and stops new AI requests on that device. Already-sent tasks may continue. Manage each device separately.

Request account deletion at Settings → Delete Account on iPhone or iPad. You may need fresh Apple sign-in. A pending-deletion message means cleanup is still in progress, not complete. Cancel Apple renewal separately if you no longer want it. For deletion follow-up, a copy of your information or other privacy requests, email us; the Privacy Policy explains retained records and limitations.

Apple Watch and playback

New songs use temporary provider-hosted audio and artwork, normally retained for 14 days. Check the displayed expiry, then open the song's options and choose Save Audio on iPhone or iPad. Complete the system save/share step and check that the file exists at your chosen destination. Simply playing a song, copying its link or seeing it in your library is not a permanent backup. After expiry, metadata and lyrics can remain but Hummivo cannot recover audio it did not store. An expired song does not automatically start another paid generation; a subscription renewal does not restore the old file.

The Watch companion connects through the paired iPhone. Reopen both apps and check connectivity if the connection is unavailable. Signing out on the phone also signs out the linked Watch; signing out on the Watch does not sign out the phone. Playback on Apple Watch may require headphones.

Content or security concerns

Email a safe description and enough information to locate the affected content. Do not access other accounts or continue exploiting a suspected security issue. A subscription is not a blanket copyright or commercial-use guarantee; check permissions for the particular output and use.
