The service
Hummivo provides personal AI song creation, a private library and playback using its account service and external text and music providers. Sign in with Apple to use your own account. Keep your devices and credentials secure; do not access another account or bypass authentication, purchase or usage controls.
Generation time, availability and results can vary. A request may produce multiple versions, but an exact number, duration, quality or completion time is not guaranteed.
Your input and generated content
Submit only material you are entitled to use and send for AI processing. Do not submit unlawful content, unauthorized copyrighted lyrics, confidential information or personal information about others without permission. Do not use the service to impersonate someone or falsely suggest their endorsement.
You retain any rights you already hold in your input. To carry out your request, Hummivo needs permission to store, transmit, format and process that input and its results, including through third-party AI text and music generation services. This service permission is not a transfer of ownership of your original material. Read the Privacy Policy and the app's AI disclosure before submitting.
AI output can contain errors, resemble other works or lack copyright protection. Hummivo does not guarantee originality, exclusivity, non-infringement, artist endorsement or unrestricted commercial rights. A Hummivo purchase does not mean you hold a separate upstream provider subscription or commercial licence. Before publishing or commercially using an output, check the rights and permissions applicable to that use and output.
Generation credits
One accepted song-generation request reserves one generation credit. Confirmed completion consumes the reservation; a confirmed failure releases it. An uncertain provider outcome may leave a credit reserved while the task is reconciled. Do not repeatedly submit new requests to test an unresolved task; refresh your library or contact support.
Generating an inspiration, title or lyrics does not currently deduct a song-generation credit. These features remain subject to availability and usage limits; inspiration requests have frequency and daily limits.
Already-granted credits currently have no scheduled expiry. They are account-bound service units, not money or transferable stored value, and do not guarantee permanent service availability. Cancelling future subscription renewal does not by itself remove credits already granted. Deleting your account removes its usable balance; contact support before deletion if you need to resolve a purchase issue.
App Store purchases
Where available, Hummivo offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time credit packs through Apple. The product, credits, billing period, localized price and renewal information shown at purchase apply. A product mentioned elsewhere is not a promise that it is currently available. This page does not set a separate price list.
Credits are granted after server verification, once per eligible transaction, including an eligible subscription renewal. Cancelled or pending purchases do not grant credits. Verification delays may require later reconciliation or Restore Purchases. Restoration does not grant the same transaction twice or transfer purchases between Hummivo accounts.
Apple manages billing and renewal. Manage or cancel a subscription separately through your Apple account; deleting Hummivo or its account does not cancel renewal. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
Refunds and credit adjustments
Use Apple's refund process for App Store refund requests. Eligibility and the outcome depend on Apple and applicable consumer rights; Hummivo does not guarantee approval.
A verified refund or revocation reverses the related credit grant, including an applicable partial adjustment. If credits have already been used, the service records a credit shortfall. Future grants or released reservations first offset it, and new song generation is blocked while a shortfall remains. This is internal credit accounting, not an additional cash charge. Contact support if an adjustment appears incorrect.
Deletion and service availability
New generated audio and artwork use the AI music generation provider's temporary media hosting, which the provider describes as a 14-day retention period. The app shows the song's expiry; opening or playing it does not extend that time. Use Save Audio before expiry and keep your own copy in Files or another destination you choose. Hummivo does not retain a server recovery copy of new media. After expiry, song information and lyrics may remain, but streaming, downloading or sharing the original audio may no longer work. Media availability is separate from your subscription or credit balance: renewal or buying credits does not restore expired files, and the app does not automatically charge to regenerate them.
Request account deletion in the iPhone or iPad app's Settings. Authorization revocation and safe cleanup may take time. Limited purchase and security records may remain as explained in the Privacy Policy. You do not have to cancel a subscription before requesting deletion, but you must manage Apple renewal separately to stop future billing.
Maintenance, provider failures, security needs or legal requirements may interrupt the service. Generated content is not guaranteed to remain available forever; save a copy of audio you want to keep. If access, an unresolved task or unused credits are affected, contact support. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
